The Boston Herald shares Guy’s Tequila Cocina’s signature small plate just in time for Cinco de Mayo.

Your Cinco de Mayo 2020 celebration probably looks quite a bit different than those of years past. But, that doesn’t mean you can’t take a trip to Flavortown!

Food Network star Guy Fieri opened his Tequila Cocina at The Hub on Causeway alongside Hub50House last year. While the restaurant remains closed in light of COVID-19, Guy was kind enough to share his recipe for one of the spot’s signature small plates: queso fundido.

The Boston Herald published the step-by-step guide to Guy’s queso fundido yesterday, so you can make this cheesy concoction in your own kitchen as you celebrate today. Get the recipe here.
