We set out to create an urban lifestyle like no other. This year’s PRISM Awards, which honor excellence in building and design, prove we have delivered.

We can talk all day about the beauty of the Sky Pool on the 38th floor. And as it turns out, it really is that special. The rooftop pool and club lounge — also known as Hub38 — at Hub50House won a 2020 PRISM Gold Award last week!

But that’s not the end of the story.

Hub50House scored not just one, not two, not three, but five Gold and three Silver awards during the virtual ceremony, which recognized the finest projects and outstanding achievements in the homebuilding and design industries.

The PRISM Awards is the flagship event of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB). We are thrilled and humbled that BRAGB recognized our dedication to creating the ultimate urban lifestyle at Hub50House.

They say it takes a village, and our village is full of incredibly talented professionals — we’d say the best in the business:

Solomon Cordwell Buenz, a Chicago-based architecture and interior design firm with a global footprint, applied the forward-thinking vision that helped Hub38 clinch the top award for Best Clubhouse. (This virtual tour tells you all you need to know about this incredible space.)

The Copley Wolff Design Group, renowned for its outdoor placemaking, created the lush ambiance of the Outdoor Skyline Deck on the 15th floor and provided a green touch to the Sky Pool Deck. The PRISM judges determined this was the Best Landscaping Design around. 

And we owe the Best Merchandising of a Model award to the New England Design Group,  which blended clean aesthetics, quality fabrics, and pops of color for a “I-want-to-move-right-in” look in our model unit.
